About the Role:

We are searching for a well-organized General Manager to lead our team members and guide our agencies. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and can work independently without significant guidance to improve and optimize our current processes while coordinating closely with the founders, and communicates effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Join the team on the ground floor, documenting how we work, setting up processes, identifying our weaknesses, and thereafter proactively leading by example.
• Recommend and implement changes in process and schedule to tackle problems to improve quality and efficiency. Hold the team accountable for following them and empower your staff to suggest process improvements.
• Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams and external partners to activate briefs and campaigns.
• Run day-to-day operations, field questions, handle sudden marketing or operations issues, and report to CEO
• Lead product launches and promotional events from inception to launch, coordinating between cross-functional partners (marketing, production, merchandising)
• A thought leader who is also willing to dig in in the day-to-day work with consumers, as you are with the people on your team and the organization. There is no room for conductors.
